📦 Product Quality Assurance

All jewellery products sold by Durga Jewellers undergo:

  • Purity and finishing verification
  • Secure and safe packaging before dispatch

In rare cases, if any issue is identified during internal quality checks, Durga Jewellers reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment.

🚫 Return & Refund Policy

Durga Jewellers does not offer return or refund on all products.

Return or refund requests are accepted only in exceptional cases and are subject to approval after verification by our quality team.

Customers may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • An incorrect product is delivered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

⏰ Return Request Time Limit

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests raised after 24 hours of successful delivery may not be accepted.

To process a request, customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product photos/videos
  • Proper unboxing video proof

Without an unboxing video, Durga Jewellers reserves the right to reject return, refund, or damage claims.

❌ Non-Returnable Products & Situations

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference or dislike
  • Used, damaged, or altered jewellery
  • Minor color or design variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Claims made after the allowed reporting period
  • Normal wear and tear after usage

🔍 Verification Process

All returned products are subject to:

  • Physical inspection
  • Weight verification
  • Purity and quality testing

If the product is found used, tampered with, damaged, or altered in any manner, the return/refund request may be declined.

💰 Refund Processing

If a return or refund request is approved by Durga Jewellers:

  • Refunds will be processed after successful product verification
  • Applicable deductions such as shipping charges, packaging charges, payment gateway fees, or handling charges may apply where necessary
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking process

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 5 to 10 business days

The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or registered bank account.
